Can you do custom orders with a specific theme?
Of course! We have a large selection of different themes in stock; however, if we don't have the images you are looking for, we can usually special order signs to bring your vision to life. For special orders, additional fees may apply and the booking must be made at least two weeks in advance. If you have seen something you really love on our page, or in someone else's yard card, be sure to ask us about it! When reserving your yard card, please be sure to answer all of the questions on the form. Please note: while we will do our best to fulfill any custom requests we are limited to what we have available, unless the yard card is reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.
What does this cost and what size are the yard cards?
Our celebration yard cards range from $75-$175. The finished size will depend on the size of the yard, as well as the name you will be including in the sign. The width usually ranges from about 10 feet across for a Mini Yard Card to about 20 feet (or more) across for The Big One.

What areas do you service?
We provide free delivery for a 10 mile radius around Abington, PA, including Glenside, Willow Grove, Cheltenham, Elkins Park, Whitemarsh, Hatboro, Horsham, Huntingdon Valley, Bryn Athyn, Mount Airy, and all other communities within the 10 mile radius.

We are happy to deliver to any address outside of that radius, for a $20 delivery fee, up to about 30 miles. Our coverage area includes Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as the parts of New Jersey that fall within 30 miles of Abington.
How long do we get to keep our yard cards for?
Your yard card will be set up either the night before your celebration or the morning of the Big Day.
If you have a preference for the setup time, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. We are here to customize your yard card and its delivery as much as possible. For example, if the surprise is for a school age child, some people like the Yard Card to be in place before they head off to school, and some prefer to surprise the birthday kid when they return home...it is all about how YOU want your celebration to go, and those details will be ironed out during the Booking process.
Once the sun sets on your special day, the yard card pickup will happen either late that night or the next day. Please reach out to us at celebrate@partyyards.fun or text us at 215-346-6595 and we will be happy to work with you for our drop off and pick up times.
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be honored when a declared Thunderstorm, Tornado or High Wind Warning is in effect for your zip code and surrounding areas on the day of your delivery, as we will not be able to install the yard sign display during these conditions.
However, we will not refund payment if the homeowner/public official/rental office requests the display to be removed. We will not refund if denied entry to the delivery location or if animals prevent the display from being set up.
We will not refund for errors that occur on order submission.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We value our customers, and treat them like our our friends and family members when we are creating our custom Yard Cards, and at every step of the booking process. This mindset applies to our Privacy Policy, as well, as we would not do anything with your personal information that YOU would not want us to do- we value your trust and your privacy. As a part of the booking process, we will gather data such as, but not limited to: name, address, email and phone number. This information will always be kept securely within our company, and we will not sell or share this information to anyone on the outside. In addition, if we post a photo of your Yard Card, we will be sure to crop out any identifying factors such as house numbers and license plates.
Are we able to post pictures of the yard signs?
Heck yes! We encourage it. Please post on social media (you can find us on facebook and instagram) and tag us @partyyardspa. When you share and tag us, you help us bring even more smiles to our local neighborhoods!
What if there is a problem with my sign?
We do our best to brace for your celebration day's weather forecast, but weather (and especially wind) is always a bit unpredictable. If something comes loose or needs to be adjusted, please text us right away at 215-346-6595, so we can come and fix your sign.

If your sign needs to come down earlier than expected, for any reason, please text us right away for that, as well. We may not be able to answer calls at all times, so a text is the fastest way to get in touch, and we will come immediately to remove your sign. Please do not attempt to take the sign down yourself, as it has many individual, and surprisingly heavy, parts, and the signs themselves can be damaged easily.
Part of the fun of a Party Yards celebration is that we do the work for you- so please let us know right away if you have any questions or concerns, and we will take care of it for you ASAP!
